We’ll be closed for the holidays from December 24th to January 6th. We’ll be reopening for business January 6th.
We’re not really a company that has hours of operation or service; however, with Christmas coming up quickly, we wanted to let all of our customers know what our availability is this holiday season.
From December 24th to January 1st, we’ll be servicing all emergency support requests as they are submitted, but will be deferring all non-emergency support requests to the new year. Our offices will be closed and we will not be answering phone calls or replying to emails. If you have an emergency, please submit a ticket through our service desk application or email support@thefluent.ca. If you do not have a service desk login, please contact us immediately to have one set up.
